Description: My role was coordinating with Chloe’s in house designer taking their initial space plans and fitting it to each location, developing schematic, design development, and construction document sets and presenting to client and landlord representatives. I was also responsible for developing custom millwork design drawings and shop drawing review with millwork fabrication partners. I also coordinated with general contractors at each location for construction administration; answering rfis and conducting site walks.
